The sleeves give kids a fun place to aim their coughs and sneezes at while learning the CDC and American Academy of Pediatrics recommended habit of coughing and sneezing into your elbow or shirt sleeves and the sleeves protect their clothes or arm from getting "gunky".

- Coughing and sneezing into the elbow/sleeve is best but they end up wearing the germs on their shirt sleeves and you end up washing them. Protect shirt sleeves with Germy Wormy!

How many do I need?

Germy Wormy's are meant to be used at the first sign of cough's and sneeze's and until the child is better. It is not for everyday use.

Children can be sick 30 - 60 days a year and can use from 1 - 3 Germy Wormy Sleeves a day depending on how sick they are.

1 box of Germy Wormy Disposable Sleeves should last 1 child through approx 8 days of illness.

In a child care/school, we recommend 5 sleeves per child.

You can order the sleeves without the Germy Wormy Germ Smart for Kids DVD but the DVD is a quick way of engaging the kids in using the sleeves to their full potential.
